Lemon Estate has been founded by Phonvichith and Nick Hendricks in August 2019 by acquiring there first land near the Mekhong river in Donexeng, Savannakhet. The property has further expanded by the purchase of Mekhong front land in the same area in March, 2020 and July, 2022. The property stretches over 16,000 sqm, with 100 meter Mekhong front. We strive to work together with nature in creating a beautiful and livable space for our family. Our property features fruit gardens, Jungle garden, teak wood forest and grass landscape. We tend to keep developing our property and opening it to the public with a small scale resort in the future.
